About AYKO

AYKO is on the lookout for a marketing science expert who’s looking for a step forward in their career! We’re looking for someone who knows their way around Google Analytics, CRO tools, Google Tag manager and understands data measurement and analysis and is ambitious and wants to help us grow our existing team.

We’ve designed a programme to support the right person with the knowledge, training and tools to thrive within this role. All of our team receive individually tailored training plans designed to help them progress their career at AYKO. All that we require is the right person with the right mindset with a hunger for long-term success and evidence of strong SEO experience.

As a key part of the Digital Marketing team, You’ll work with a portfolio of existing clients as well as supporting our portfolio.

At AYKO we create and market high-quality e-commerce websites for well-known brands - we’re growing at a great pace thanks to our great reputation. We’re looking to scale our marketing science offering. This role will be key to this, working alongside our Digital Marketing Director, you’ll have the freedom to use your expertise to shape up our strategy as your ambitions and our clients demand.

A Marketing Science and CRO Analyst will…

Have a good understanding of conversion rate optimisation and CRO tools
Understand their way around Google Tag Manager and tag management
Be an expert in Google analytics and the forefront of data science strategy
Manage client communication and relationships for a selection of data science clients
Support the digital marketing director & CRO & GTM Consultant on wider department goals
Support the digital marketing director & CRO & GTM Consultation a cross sell strategy for upselling data science services to existing clients
Monitor and analyse industry changes and trends

Our ideal candidate will have…

3 years data science experience and an understanding of best practices
Keep the wider team up to date on data science best practice
Experience of managing data science strategies for ecommerce clients
Experience managing GTM/GA migrations for new web builds
Strong client relationship and communication skills
Competent using microsoft Excel/Google sheets
Strong Google Analytics skills
Experience of CRO strategy, implementation and measurement
Strong skills in Google Tag Manager
Proficient in Looker studio and other reporting tools
A good understanding of CSS, HTML and javascript

Other Desirable Skills…

Experience with Magento and Shopify
Existing line management skills managing a team of data science specialists
Experience/understanding of paid media tools such as Google Ads, Facebook, Bing and Google Marketing Platform
Experience of other marketing channels are beneficial
